ACareerJob is a breakthrough Sherpa application that Sherpa designed and programmed for all three major platforms that connects job seekers and employers through a powerful matching algorithm that runs as a web service on our secure and encrypted database servers.

Job seekers and employers complete a series of simple profile questions. Upon completion of a user profile, our servers will create a connection for any appropriate matches in the system.

If a match exists, the job seeker and employer will receive either of/both of a notification or an email informing them of the match. Each user is prompted review his/her match and to indicate his/her desire to be contacted by the other party (job seeker or employer). Sherpa’s servers do all the hard work in the background, saving users from having to constantly check for matches.
